Industrial-Grade Castor Oil

Hydrogenated Castor Oil (HCO)

Acid value ≤ 2.0 mg KOH/g. Meets FSSAI and EU food-contact standards. FSSC 22000 certified lot. Applications: food additives, mold-release agents.

Meets USP and BP pharmacopoeia limits. Hydroxyl value 160–168 mg KOH/g. COA and heavy-metals report issued per lot. Applications: topicals, excipients.

Viscosity 6–8 poise at 30 °C. Suited for lubricants, coatings, and plastics compounding. ISO 9001 certified. Bulk and flexi-bag packaging available.

Melting point 85–88 °C. Iodine value ≤ 5. Used in cosmetic waxes, polymer additives, and grease formulations. Available in flake or pastille form.

Every lot ships with a crop-region identifier, harvest season, and full chain-of-custody documentation. No separate request needed to see where your oil came from.

Minimum order: 1 MT (samples available). Lead time: 10–15 business days ex-Mundra. Packaging: 200 L drums, 1000 L IBCs, or flexi-bags to 24 MT.

Full COA, lot-level traceability report, and third-party lab results available on request with every shipment — no separate compliance chase required.
